I do not recommend renting any property managed by Colliers international in New Mexico. So many issues within the company from people I have to deal with daily to people I've never even seen it's been horrible. I truly wish the owner of the place I rent from would consider going with another property management company. You should avoid if you can.
I have never been treated so poorly as I was when I called Colliers about a commercial building for sale. The male sales person had the nerve to ask me if I had a legitimate business. Seriously? Do we live in the 1940s?

I highly recommend Colliers if you are buying, selling or leasing commercial property; I have had excellent results over the past 20 yrs with all of them. When I purchased a large two suite building, Colliers had one suite rented out before I even moved in to mine! They have leased out other properties in a reasonable time frame.
