Horrible company and property management. They DID absolutely nothing to resolve a pothole damage claim yo my personal vehicle. Kim Wright is the worst. Why is she employed there. Who handles claims anyway????? Unbelievable. Lowest rating for not following through and blocking calls

Access was efficient and the property layout made transporting office furniture straightforward. We handle office relocations and commercial moving throughout Utah, and always appreciate working with organized real estate teams. Solid experience overall.

I had an extremely disappointing experience working with Jarrod Hunt at Colliers. He showed us a unit, assured us it was available, and promised he could get us in the next day. He requested a personal guarantee, which we agreed to, and we even flew our team in from Florida to see the unit and prepare for our launch. For five days, we tried to get updates, only to be misled and strung along. After wasting our time and resources, he finally informed us that the unit was no longer available.
