I had an extremely disappointing experience working with Jarrod Hunt at Colliers. He showed us a unit, assured us it was available, and promised he could get us in the next day. He requested a personal guarantee, which we agreed to, and we even flew our team in from Florida to see the unit and prepare for our launch. Got stuck in SLC for the night. Wandered downtown and opened the door at 1am. To our surprise it was unlocked. We appreciated the hospitality that they showed us by just having the door unlocked. We chilled in the lobby in pure silence. Thanks again.
Person at the front desk was super rude. Picked up some Alpha Coffee next door and tried to pass through the building to exit. Got yelled at when I was simply trying to exit through the front door.
