We had a great outcome listing our commercial warehouse with Colliers. Our agent, Bill Keefer, was very responsive, helped by recommending a listing price and brought serious qualified buyers to view the property. We closed with a price much higher than I would have thought we would get.
As a former corporate tenant of Colliers I’d have to say it’s an orginization that will quote you a certain CAM rate and then notoriously give you a bill for an insane amount of money “reconciliation” at the end of the term. This happened every year for nearly a decade until I was just DONE with them. They find a way of hiding expenses into “CAM” that shouldn’t ever be CAM charges. If you have any other options - go that route
