Kelli Jones has been a fantastic addition to the Colliers team! She is responsive, communicates clearly, and she gets things taken care of in a timely manner. Due to our previous experience, we were a little concerned when we were assigned the new property manager, but her follow through has been amazing! We've got 7 warehouse/office buildings and she's been out to the property many times to make sure things are taken care of. We definitely appreciate Kelli and her professionalism!
Kelli is the best! We've never had a property manager so proactive and efficient. Within her first week in managing our commercial property, she ensured our AC was repaired, our sign was able to light up for the first time in years, and she continues to amaze us with her diligence and communication. Our staff is incredibly grateful for the maintenance and improvements already made. Questionable transparency in this operation. As a tenant who early in my lease dealt with massive sewer drains backing up and flooding the facility causing delays and workarounds for my business. I got no reimbursement and made no stink. Only to eventually be randomly charged because their estimation of costs were off. And then when sewer issues were creeping up again I let them know, and they charged me to have someone look at it when it isn’t the business backing up the sewers. Forced my favorite Chinese buffet to close down. 45 years in business and they didn't renew their lease, absolutely terrible.
Very poor customer service. We have been trying to acquire the lease for one of their properties for 2 months. The property manager assigned to us is not communicative at all about the process and has no urgency. We are at risk of our business deal falling through because they have not assisted us in a timely manner.
