First time going to Collier Urgent Case on Mon, 6/15/26. A waste of time and money. Although the place was clean, minimal wait time and the front desk was very nice, the Nurse Practitioner I saw was no help at all. I told her since the prior day my left ear hurt. My ENT had told me previously if you pull on your ear and it hurts, you have an ear infection. She told me allergies can cause ear pain. Told me to take Flonase or Nasacort and OTC cold meds. The entire staff from the receptionist to the caregivers we’re very professional and gave me the feeling that they cared about me and how to get me on track to feeling better
One of my best health care experiences. The front desk workers were efficient, pleasant, and friendly. The facility was spotless. The medical professionals were kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. Great experience. I am no longer frustrated with the delays trying to get to my regular doctor for immediate needs. I’m coming here!
