We had a bad experience with a RV rental company nearer our house, where we agreed to terms with them and they gave the two RVs we were renting to someone else! We called up Collier RV, which was further away, but ended up being well worth it. The rental experience was painless, the RVs ready and clean on dispatch and the orientation session informative. Return was quick as well, and all correspondence with Lori at Collier RV promptly answered. We would recommend them to anyone, but especially to "newbies" like ourselves.
I've been renting from Lori for the last two years and have had only wonderful experiences with her and the team. I've rented from other dealers in the past and Colliers is the best around.
CollierRV was fantastic to rent from. Lori was extremely easy to work with and made several adjustments to our reservation as our plans changed. We will be repeat customers!
