This is some of the best customer service I've ever received. The woman on the phone was so kind and helped me through my order. The flowers I ordered came out beautiful! Highly recommend Collier, not only for their superb customer service, but their amazing work and beautiful flowers!
I had two separate occasions that I ordered flowers for and the flowers were gorgeous and the ladies were wonderful. They listened to the ages of the girls and my color choices and made the bouquets the appropriate size. I was so impressed!
Collier's Row Floral Shop & Flower Farm is the absolute best florist I have ever dealt with in the last 40 years. We have utilized them for Birthdays, Anniversarys and even funerals and they are the absolute best. They are reliable, reasonably priced and always on time with the delivery. My son now uses them too because of the beautiful arrangements they craft and their reliablity. Thank you folks at Collier Row. I recommend you every chance I get.
Tori was incredibly kind and resourceful helping me get an arrangement made and delivered to a family member after the loss of a family pet. Five stars will be using them for all future deliveries in the Lowell Shelby area.
