Dr. Todd C. Morehouse was courteous to me, and I believe he is probably a good physician. However, my experience with the administrative process surrounding my surgery was very disappointing. Approximately two weeks before my scheduled procedure, I was informed by phone that, in addition to what my health insurance would cover, I would need to pay Dr. Morehouse $350 for performing the surgery. When I made my appt the front desk person said they could do inner ear testing for my dizziness and when I saw the Dr. all he did was give me a referral to go somewhere else for inner ear testing. Seems like there’s some miscommunication. Update: then why was I not offered inner testing 🤔
