Dr. Todd C. Morehouse was courteous to me, and I believe he is probably a good physician. However, my experience with the administrative process surrounding my surgery was very disappointing. When I made my appt the front desk person said they could do inner ear testing for my dizziness and when I saw the Dr. all he did was give me a referral to go somewhere else for inner ear testing. Seems like there’s some miscommunication. Update: then why was I not offered inner testing 🤔
We have been seeing Dr. Magardino for almost 20 years. He is a wonderful doctor who we trust completely!
Left this office in tears. Staff and nurses are lovely. Dr. Magardino however is not. He is incredibly DISRESPECTFUL and DISMISSIVE. Especially towards young people. Save yourself the emotional turmoil of interacting with this doctor. “I don’t care about all that”, a direct quote as I tried to give crucial ent surgical history. Literally three seconds into my conversation he cuts me off to tell me he doesn’t care. Then says oh I’m confused, yes you are. That’s what medical history is for to help you understand. Dr Moorhouse is professional, personable and knowledgable. He helped my husband with his problem and the issues were solved.
