So I got a phone call after getting a referral from my doctor. I talked with them on the phone and gave my insurance number and info. They said I’d have a co pay and that was fine. I woke up early, drove my kids accross town as I went to my appointment, and got there. They took my cars and gave me tons of pages of paperwork to fill out. Horrible, Horrible.. Dr. Mercer ran around my issue of why I was there never ordered MRI as he said he would after a couple tests done at their office. Still in pain. Offered no help or how we could proceed. His test showed nothing.. previous 2 MRI 's show moderate to severe disease. Totally dismissed me and report in front of him. Also said previous Dr. Sent over 300 pages and too much to look through. DO NOT SEE THIS PERSON. Should go back to school.... like very beginning
5 weeks of calling to get an appointment. Many many unreturned calls. 4 referral faxed and now I need to wait 8 weeks to see a doctor. This office is completely broken and the patient is the loser.
1star is to much. On a recent visit nurse Angie was rude and disrespectful. I will never recommend them to anyone. I requested a call from Dr. Campbell on 7/16, 7/17 and 7/18, no return phone call. I am not sure his nurse even takes your message. She is extremely rude, do not go to this office
