My visits with Dr Collier are fine. The staff in the office are kind and professional; however, the people answering the phone need some manners. When did it become okay to hang up without saying “bye”? How much time is that saving during the day? 2 minutes? Even though I’m sure nothing is meant by it, It is still perceived as rude.
Dr. Collier was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. However, the office is horribly unorganized. The appointment scheduler told me the wrong day for my first visit and then insinuated it was my mistake. The wait time just to begin filling out my paperwork was 45 minutes. They erroneously billed me after insurance verified to me they covered the visit, and I had to call the office to have it rectified. My second visit has been rescheduled due to an internet outage; I was called half an hour before the start of the appointment.... read more

He is an excellent physician and a very caring man. His knowledge is so extensive that it is just amazing. He has a natural instinct for illnesses. I've never known him to be wrong about anything.
Dr. Collier is very knowledgeable and caring! His one of, if not the best physician around. My family is very blessed to call him our family physician. Thank's Dr. Collier for all you do for your patients.
Dr. Collier is very kind and professional. Extremely knowledgeable and he explains things thoroughly and lays out a no-nonsense treatment plan. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Collier based on how much he has helped me and my family. EXCELLENT PHYSICIAN who is willing to spend the time with patients and to go the extra mile.
Excellent Doctor. Takes time to listen and cares about his patients, explains everything fully. He goes the extra mile. My only wish is there were two of him, my preference is seeing him instead of a nurse practitioner which I have nothing against. Just prefer him and his expertise.
