I don’t owe you any money!
My husband and I, visited and at first he was very hesitant, however, he ended up loving our Physician Dr. Niculae. She was so kind and funny. Made us feel very comfortable. The facility was clean, staff was professional and Dr. Niculae was very informational.
They will tell you a visit is $150. They will make you pay $150 for the visit before seeing the doctor. They will start sending you bills for more than you agreed to pay. They will not answer the phone when you call in to discuss the bill. They will not call you back. They will not respond to letters requesting communication. They will turn you over to collections unless you pay their arbitrary undisclosed post service fees. Dishonest, unethical, unresponsive.
I just left the hospital for lack of nurse and Dr care. Dr. Jorge Mujica was the worst doctor ever and his site nurse. When I arrived at the hospital, the nurses were very rough when checking my vitals and they never gave me a phone to call my family even after I asked multiple times for one.
