I’m from out of state but I had a problem with my car and didn’t know where to go. A neighbor suggested Goodyear Car Care and I’m so glad I decided to go there. The customer service representative Mike was so helpful and knowledgeable as to what my problem was. He tried to find the most reasonably priced way to fix my car which I greatly appreciated. I had our 2019 Honda Odyssey van serviced by Goodyear on Collier Drive this past week. I had mistakenly scheduled it for a different location, but they said, no problem and was able to work me in with very little delay. They were very professional, friendly and the service was excellent. I would recommend.
Liza and her team are amazing! My wife and I have been coming to them for 4 years and always the best service and prices. I recently drove down from MI after purchasing a new truck and had a bad vibration. The tech uncovered bent pins in the caliper which doesn’t happen unless someone bends them. Liza was able to get us our 200 rebate that never came from continental and also worked with me to get the dealership to pay for the calipers. 700.00 savings in total. You Rock Liza!
