This Goodyear is the best in town!!! We worked with Liza and she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We first went to another Goodyear off of 951and Vanderbilt and they treated us poorly. We had to go back there multiple times for a problem that they couldnt seem to fix. Liza was able to fix the problem within 30 mins. I highly recommend this Goodyear and we will be doing business with only this location from now on.
We stopped by at Goodyear on Collier Blvd in Naples because overnight we had a flat tire on our Toyota Sienna minivan. They took our car in the shop immediately while we waited. They diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it while we waited. Excellent service and very pleasant people to deal with.
Customer Service was great. Zac kept me informed on every step and price along the way. I needed more work done than expected and everything was explained in layman’s terms. I am very satisfied with my experience at Collier Goodyear and highly recommend.
This is a great place to take your car for any and all service needs. Nice, honest people work there. Finished my car in a very timely manner. Will not be taking my car back to the dealership for any services.
