Too bad the pay at CCPS maintenance is only 60% of what you make in the real world. And the Union makes up some rules that just mush the morale into the mud. No merit progression. No recognition of effort. No doing things better. Just go along to get along. It's a sad place to work and I wonder what I'm still doing here. Lord give me patience.
