I cannot get anybody to answer the phone has anybody else had the problem of trying to get ahold of these people and they never answer

I have not been in the office yet so I am giving a 4 stars in general. I am court ordered to have an evaluation by the mental health counselors. I like to be prompt and on time. I called all morning/day today to schedule an appointment, then even stopped by in the evening as I wanted to adhere to my clerk of courts duties. No one was in office. I couldn’t tend to my work or hobbies - and not even my responsibility of completing an appointment, because no one from this office was in or got back to me the entire work day. I ha... read more

Greedy dictators. They only care about money. Ed's memory is horrible. Denise has no idea what's going on in the office and teddy should stick to computers.

Denise and Ted and the Greyhound were wonderful and helpful through a difficult situation. Ed in Bonita is a wonderful counselor. The whole team really care about their patients. They are a blessing!
