Take money for a delivery, and then don't actually deliver. It used to be if yo were lucky you'd find out that the parcel was at the depot and you'd go and collect it. Now they don't even have a depot in Collie. Its a Bunbury service that doesn't deliver to Collie. Thanks for nothing.
Had to pick up a undelivered parcel from here..friendly and helpful staff
