Used to be one of my favorites, last 4 times I have tried going has been nothing but issues. Tonight found out that they let someone else use all of the child’s passes I had paid for. The staff has made it a joke. Thanks so much for reaching out, really too bad that it takes a negativite review for that since I have been told multiple times that someone would call It wasn't your staff who could even tell me what happened to my Children's passes, it was the children who told me their mother used them for her visitation time.... read more
