Dr. Sandhu is absolutely amazing! I came in April for a gum graft consultation, and worked everything out. My insurance was accepted here, so I moved forward with the surgery at the end of May. I am very, very anxious when it comes to dental work. If you get a gum graft, and are an anxious person - I would suggested the IV sedation. I didn't feel a THING! Fraud alert! Beware. Sharon the manager has 0 accountability. This lady charged my insurance $1,000 when I specifically told them I’m already using all my benefits for the year. Her excuses are worse than a 2 year old. This lady claimed there was no one else in the office to speak with. She needs to trained or fired. This is not a joke And they charged me full price as if I wasn’t using insurance, yet they billed my insurance. Make it make sense
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Saunders during my recent root canal treatment. From the moment I arrived, the entire team made me feel comfortable. Dr. Saunders was incredibly professional and reassuring throughout the whole process. Essential Endodontics (Denton Office) is just amazing! At first I was having issues with dental insurance and they helped me work through those issues. I needed a root canal on a front tooth and filling. Dr Patel was so patient with me, the procedure was explained and I was very comfortable during this process - which took about 40 minutes. This is saying alot from a patient (me) who is TERRIFIED of dentists (previous accidents and trauma) I highly recommend Dr Patel and his staff.
Had my first root canal today, Dr Saunders was amazing, absolutely no pain whatsoever. He will make sure you are numb before he proceeds.I highly recommend him for your dental surgery needs. He will answer all your questions that you have before hand. Very pleased. I give them 5 stars
