Greg just completed replacing a blower motor on my unit. Very quick diagnosis and took him an hour to replace. Replacement motor in service van and spent several minutes making sure there was no issue with any of the working parts when he got motor replaced. Called to schedule late on Wed eve and unit up and running by 10:30 am the next morning. Very satisfied with service and response time. Have been a customer since 1982.
I don’t often write Google Reviews; however I felt compelled to do so. Recently, it was necessary to replace both of our AC units. When I contacted Colley Refrigeration, they responded promptly. Kennedy met with me and emailed me the proposal the next day. While I did get another bid from another company, I chose Colley because of the professionalism and attention to details that Kennedy provided. Our A/C suddenly stopped cooling in the night and the temperatures in the house rose to 80°. We called at 8 AM this morning to get repairs and we had Greg Barton here as expected around 12 noon. After assessing our system, it only took him a few minutes to determine the cause and get it back up running. He also explained the maintenance program to us, and we are going to sign up for that as well. Greg is very knowledgeable, very courteous, and does a great job explaining what is wrong.
Derek is an amazing A/C serviceman. Of course, he's polite and very professional, but he's extremely knowledgeable regarding our air conditioner. He shows up on time, and treats my wife and I like family. I can trust Derek with his expertise. Thank you, Derek, for being the person that you are.
