I feel like these guys are very fair and went above and beyond.
These guys promise the world, but never deliver. I had a repair, which they finished later than they promised. Even then, they were missing one small part that they promised would come the next week. It has taken me 4 times to call them to follow-up. Each time they promise me they are ordering the piece, but it never comes through. Worse than that, they seem to forget and I have to constantly follow-up with them. We are now a few months out and still no response from them. Every single time I have gone in there, Tammy and David made sure I left with zero questions or concerns and a big smile on my face! David really worked magic with my vehicle! 1000/10 would recommend!! I wish I could add a review for every time I have gone up there
Terrible experience from beginning. We showed up for the first drop off appointment. They were not ready for it through their own poor planning. Did not call ahead to say they were delayed. Had to wait about two weeks for another appointment. Once the car was finally there for a week or two, they called me on a Thursday and said the car would possibly be ready on Friday but most likely Monday or maybe Tuesday.
