Alex and his team did a great job! Super happy. Went to a different Gerber before this and was such a headache they couldn’t get the repair right. Alex and his team did an amazing job on the first try! No more dents, door seal looks great and fixed trim piece that got broken and “glued on” by other location. Highly recommend the Washtenaw location! Super nice and great work!
They did a great job fixing my vehicle! They even brought it to my job and picked up the rental because I wasn’t able to get there before closing! I would definitely recommend.
Sam was so kind and empathetic when I learned my car was totalled. I was in tears, feeling all the guilt and shame about getting into an accident and totalling my car who had been nothing but wonderful for 12 years. She listened to me for longer than she needed to and gave me good information on a respectful and kind scrap yard.
