They got my job done as scheduled. Tammy and Caleb are very nice and patient to answer all my questions! Highly recommended!
Not sure how this place has anything above 4 stars. Set up appointment through my insurance company just to be told there is no appointment. They say they have no appointments available for today while their lazy adjusters sit and stand in the back of the office watching videos and laughing and not doing their jobs. Very piss poor management is where it all begins can't believe USAA would make this and approved shop.
I recommend Gerber Collison on Washtenaw in Ann Arbor to everyone!! The Staff is phenomenal and Tammy had the patience of a saint with me! I rescheduled 172 times and she never made me feel bad or something type of way!! I know it's hard to trust auto shops sometimes but I was at peace the entire time with them!!
