Great service, friendly and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle.
Mike Walker, at the Ann Arbor location, was absolutely amazing to work with. I dropped my car off over the weekend, thinking I had minor damage from an accident. Instead, it ended up being a total loss. He walked me through every step of the process, explaining which parts he was handling, what my next steps were, and exactly what to expect from my insurance company.
