Janet was amazing! On short notice, she arranged to have a marker made for my mother to match my father's, and she also had my dad's marker and the main monument cleaned (they looked brand new!). She was so attentive and patient throughout the process, and so graciously accommodating. No one looks forward to a burial, but she made the experience perfect.
