I had called the office and spoke to Steve on September 1st regarding an estimate on sealing our driveway. He said it would be in my email no later than September 9th. Never received an email from Steve. He showed up at our house on September 18th wanting to do the estimate. I had told him that we decided to go with another company, and they actually showed up the following day after I called. Very unprofessional and would not recommend this company just because of the reason. Guess they don't need the business.
I wasn't pleased with first application due to lack of flow which caused streaking which looked like 2 different shades of black. Plus had missed covering a new area of drive 3x7 ft. Steve came and made a few excuses but said would send a crew to redo. SAME results. Still lighter color on 3x7 area and streaked. I have decorative rocks along drive and there is now black tar on some of the rocks! Steve came out again and said it was due to one of the crew walking in them with tar product on their feet. Collett use to be good. Now they are decidedly below average in this space. They are NOT the same company they were when we used them a few years back. I highly encourage you to get other estimates and use someone else. As a few other reviews have stated, they poorly prep the surface and spay on a subpar product paper thin. It looks as good as others for the first few months then it just peels away and you're quickly left with little protection. They did a great job of preparing the drive and sealcoating.
Replied promptly to my request for a quote after I had seen their work on several of my neighbor’s driveways. Set up a tentative date, but actually called to request an earlier date based on weather forecast. Team arrived as scheduled. My driveway was sealed as contracted and the job was done neatly with no mess. My driveway now looks as nice as my neighbors.
