As a satisfied Collett customer for over 20 years, I was shocked when Collett introduced a "junk" fee in October 2024. Collett claims they need to raise revenue and chose to do so by introducing an annual "Tank Lease Fee" for all customers who do not own their tanks. Suddenly, I am now required to pay for something that has been in my yard for over 20 years.
