There is a reason for all these negative reviews. They will do whatever they can to avoid returning security deposits to tenants. AVOID doing business with them.

Third Christmas at the Pointe at Barclay in Wilmington, NC and NO Christmas decoration again for this year....there is absolutely NO foot traffic, all existing tenants are a destination....we are all dying and no one from neither Cameron or Collett cares....all they have is excuses after excuses.

Mt Holly Huntersville Callabridge Commons location. These guys allow similar buisness move in without the notice of the other tennets. Allow homeless people live in the parking lot and disrupt buisness, and they will not do a thing, stating that it's not their problem.

It's a shameless company. 2 Anchor stores in Mallard Crossing Shopping Center are vacant for years. There is no traffic to a very nice shopping center. All businesses will die without anchor stores. The broker responsible for Mallard Crossing Shopping Center should be fired immediately.

8940 circumferential rd. Need repairs! Major pothole. I want reimbursement for having to purchase a new tire! This is happening to more than 8 cars a week. Your office has been very unprofessional and I have not yet to get a reply to my first email!
