Excellent Service. At the onset of the pandemic, my daughter had to evacuate back to Texas for "two weeks" leaving everything she could not pack into 2 suitcases. Classes resumed online but at the end of the 2020 term Collegiate was able to pack, move and store her furnishings and ship her clothes home. In fall 2021 after a year+ in storage, they delivered everything on time back to her new room and also delivered the clothes boxes we recently shipped back to them. We will definitely use them again !!!

absolutely terrible experience with the company. They moved out my stuff when COVID had first hit and my school didn't really give people time to move out so they had a third party service do it. And in september of 2020 my aunt went to go pick my things up and now i am noticing that HALF of the items are missing including 2 fridges and a microwave along with 3 clear storage bins and a cubed storage unit, THAT I PAID FOR TO BE STORED.
