This was the worst year of my life. My room was never properly cleaned, there were huge stains and burns in my carpet the day I moved in. Our ice machine has never worked and never been worked on. The front office staff is awful. The manager is rude with the nastiest attitude I have ever seen. She never smiles or greets her tenants.
