Collegiate Coaching Services passed on confidential information to a family member after a meeting. Not only is this unethical, I'm pretty sure it's illegal. The person I spoke to was Beth Bonfiglio, who at no time made me aware that the information shared during our meeting would not be private. A truly shocking level of unprofessionalism in a field where trust is crucial. I was a Client for just under a year, and like any place that helps one develop interpersonal skills; they cannot provide answers. BUT provide methods and an outside perspective on whatever situation it may be, helping you figure out the problem with advice and support. You must be willing to accept their help, NOT live by it.
