The move involved some older, fragile items from my late aunt's apartment. I had antique dishes, a large mirror, and some furniture with chipped edges I didn't want damaged further. The movers treated everything with visible care, used extra padding without me asking, and checked in a few times to make sure things were placed correctly at the new place. It honestly meant a lot.
