Had a really unfortunate experience with this company; almost cost me a job and Matt provided AWFUL customer service. Big project across state lines, and after scheduling with Collegian on Thursday, I was told all I had to do was follow the email link to confirm. I followed those steps. So when I called yesterday and found out it never got booked and they'd scheduled that same truck for another job, it was pretty frustrating. Used them last week for shifting my stuff. The team was decent and knew what they were doing. They wrapped the important items properly and didn’t rush like some others I’ve seen. Would consider using them again.

I didn’t realize how emotional moving far away would be until it happened. Having reliable movers made it easier. My stuff made it safely and that’s honestly all I needed. This was a big move and it went better than I thought.

Apartments move with tight underground parking. They reversed that truck in like it was nothing. The whole job felt organised and calm. They even flattened the used boxes neatly so we weren’t left with a mess. Great Job!
