Management is rude, lazy, and incompetent. They would find the smallest carpet stain to keep $700 of tenants’ deposit to maybe cover up the fire they had in the building. Good luck staying here and deal with managment people, I can truly say they don’t give a single care about you.
My friend was charged $700 for a small stain on the carpet, even though it was barely noticeable. That’s absurd given that that costs half a month’s rent. The rental office lady needs to be fired because that is definitely not a fair charge. Management is terrible and refuses to acknowledge the high price my friend has to pay for something so little.
Management of the building is absolutely rude and intolerable. They would treat you with the highest level of disrespect and lack of compassion. Horrible. Would recommend finding another place to live.
