Good place to take dogs for a swim
Visited on a Sunday around 5:30 am, and this place was absolutely lovely! The early morning calm was beautiful, and we even saw a few eagles soaring overhead. There’s plenty of parking and great facilities, including restrooms, showers, drink fountains, and bins. It’s a wonderful spot for a peaceful walk — and perfect for dogs too. This is one of my happy places. While it gets busy, it is still spacious enough to move around and enjoy the creek without being on top of eachother. Lots of wildlife to see around sunset and fun to splash around the creek on hot days.
