I went for a diagnostic, they pulled the car in and then about 5 minutes later they said they want to keep it overnight so I let them know I will just look for somewhere else where they can help me. They pull my car in and try to charge me for adding coolant, I asked why would they put coolant if i just asked for a diagnostic. I went there to check my brakes. They called me next day and told me that there is nothing wrong with my brakes. I was very surprised because driving 40 mph couldn’t stop the car in good distance. They recommended me instead to change my four tires. I paid $39 dollars for cheking and went to tire discounters. They fix my brakes(there was air) and changed only two tires because the other two was in very good shape.

I can’t say enough good things about this shop! Between me and my daughter, we’ve brought our cars here at least six times now, and every single visit has been a great experience. They’ve done everything from brakes, tire replacements, alignments, oil changes, an oil housing replacement, inspections before travel, and most recently, new tires, brakes, and oxygen sensor work on my car. Was told an hour and a half to put new tires. 2 hours later and still sitting in the lobby, they said they would finish after lunch. Was there over 3 hours to a tire change.
