I am completely disgusted with this place! My dad took my mom's car to have an oil change keep in mind the car only needed an oil change there were no lights on on the dash. As my dad goes to pick up the car some guy proceeds to tell him all 4 tire sensors are bad! Since when? Also all 4 of those sensors just magically were no longer there. So tell me why now her car says tpsm error and shows all 4 tires sensors missing. I'm not sure if you thought you could pull one over on my dad to get a job out of it and more money. Mechanics are expensive where ever you go but Underwood's is an honest shop that feels like they put the customer first. Worth every penny. At least that's been my experience on multiple occasions.
I went for a diagnostic, they pulled the car in and then about 5 minutes later they said they want to keep it overnight so I let them know I will just look for somewhere else where they can help me. They pull my car in and try to charge me for adding coolant, I asked why would they put coolant if i just asked for a diagnostic. Then front desk woman called for an old man with white hair and asks whats the problem and when i explain he laughs says when did i bring my car in which i responded less than 10 minutes for a diagnost... read more
