Friendly staff, nice to the animals. Expensive.
The office and the Doctor were excellent. Our dog registered no pain when she got her vaccination shot.
The clinic staff are great, courteous and helpful. Their computer system is off between the email reminders for exams due but when I call to make an appt they don't seem to know what my pets need to be seen for. And even after we visit I still get the email notices. Also I have not had good experiences with the doctors because they have been unthorough in their exams and/or transparent with feedback.
