I gave one star only because I couldn't give zero. My mother was a resident at Waterford she had two cats at home she went to the hospital because she wasn't feeling good and the doctors decided she couldn't go home alone I live in California. She had her two cats at home still and one of the staff was so kind she went to north Platte on her own time and got my mother's cats for her and brought them to her. The staff here work very hard and go above and beyond the call of duty, they really care about the residents and the facility itself and treat all residents with kindness, compassion and respect. You won't find a better place than this in Lincoln that takes great care of us residents with at at home feeling to the facility.
I can't say enough good things about this place! The staff here genuinely care about the residents and go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels at home. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and there's always something fun happening. It's truly a wonderful community where everyone looks out for each other. If you're looking for a place where your loved ones will be treated with kindness and respect, this is it!
I came to the assisted living side to work as agency and i absolutely loved it. Staff were all very friendly and helpful! The med aide jenny and the bath aide showed me around and the facility was beautiful. I would love to work at this facility again. Such a positive and friendly environment.
The staff at The Waterford At college view has made my moms life so wonderful. I am so happy that I moved my mom here, the activity director has brought out a new side in my mom that I have never seen. There are activities offered to her skill set that give her sense of independence back, & activities that allow her to relax and enjoy her time such as live music.
