Received a incredibly rude comment from the office, has been nothing but a pain to use
This is difficult, the service on the ground (i.e. the students that do the loading and unloading) are 100% awesome! We tip them well for going above and beyond every year. That said, their website is never updated properly with the most up to date, ACCURATE information. I've had to call for administrative issues several times over the years and each time this a-hole of a man answers and doesn't offer to help, but rather cuts me off abruptly and flat out says I'm wrong before even hearing the situation.
