This is the 2nd year we have used CSS to move my son's college stuff into storage over the summer and we are so impressed. They offer amazing packages that easy met my needs, from just moving items into storage, to assembly, picking up IKEA orders to packing if needed. Being out of state, it is so cost effective to have them help my family. My son packed up his one bed apartment and CSS came in and did the rest. This is difficult, the service on the ground (i.e. the students that do the loading and unloading) are 100% awesome! We tip them well for going above and beyond every year. That said, their website is never updated properly with the most up to date, ACCURATE information. I've had to call for administrative issues several times over the years and each time this a-hole of a man answers and doesn't offer to help, but rather cuts me off abruptly and flat out says I'm wrong before even hearing the situation.
