Staff did a wonderful job and always work hard to take care of everyone.

My father in law was there about 5 miserable days ! he went to restroom at night needed help up when he was done the nurse came in bitched him out said at night he was to use the urinal so after that he was to scared to ask for help just went and never ask for help again how can a basically blind man use a urinal in the first place ? the aids gave them food it was cold the first night they ask if i wanted to give him his or wait on his aid the night crew was in the eating area on there cell phones most of the night ! staff w... read more
