My father was admitted to the facility a few weeks ago. Even though he arrived late due to transportation (though no fault of his own) he was denied his insulin. He was told that he couldn't get his insulin because he came in too late. I never seen such incompetent nursing. I used to work as a CNA, and the rehabilitation centers I worked at always made sure their residents got their medications no matter what time they were admitted. Thank God my dad was removed from there.
I love that the staff treats the residents with dignity. They speak to them in a kind matter. Jennifer goes out of her way to find things for them to enjoy. She is always planning something special on Holidays and any day of the week.
Great facility and wonderful staff!!
