Had so much fun at pole and tried some of the strength classes too! Im working on building core strength and pole really does that!
We took a pole class for a bachelorette party and had SO MUCH FUN! The teacher was professional, and made all of us feel so comfortable. It was a blast, and a good workout, too! Such a fun addition to our weekend. Highly recommended :)
