I had my car towed here for a recall issue and engine replacement. Dylan initially told me I would receive a loaner vehicle, but none were available at the time. He assured me one should open up after the weekend. A few days passed and I heard nothing, so I called to check on both my car and the loaner situation. Came in to buy Santa Cruz and talked to salesman. Long story short... they lowballed me on trade. Offered 6500 on my trade in and Carmax offered me 11k. They came off the price of their Santa Cruz about $2500. Ended up buying 2024 with 11000 miles for about 15k less. Now I needed an oil change and decided to bring it in here. Arrived around 10:30 for appointment and there was a recall. Told it should be done around 4pm. Called about 3:30 because I hadn't heard from them. Called multiple times and got voice mail. They take too long just for an oil change and tire rotation. I was there for 3 hours just for that service. If you don't want to waste your time, don't come to this place. The person who helped me, if you ask him, says 15 minutes and an hour goes by, then he says 5 minutes, just excuses, and reluctantly answers if you approach him to ask for information about the car that you, the designer, are paying for the service.
