The service team did an excellent job of returning my calls when my questions couldn't be immediately answered. They promptly made an appointment to have my vehicle serviced. Even though their vacuum pump had failed and were unable to complete the service, they were very communicative and transparent during the entire process, and they still gave my vehicle a free detailing. Drove 90 minutes for a specific color Palisade they advertised on the web. Called the night before to confirm the car was there and to make an appointment. Checked in during the drive down to confirm everything was OK. Got to the dealer and found out the car was in the bodyshop and was not available. Complete lack of transparency at the dealer or they are just incompetent. Wasted out time. Very disappointed.
