Love the experience I got from Ariah at Ford Body Shop. She took care of me after previous issues not being answered. She picked up that slack and got my vehicle in and out.
Was sent to the Ford body shop by the Chevy dealer since they don’t have a body shop on site. Couldn’t be happier with the job that Aaron and his crew did and they took care of the issues discovered on my new truck in a single day. Great service and professional staff.

My interactions with Clayton and his team were positive from the start. Unfortunately, I had to have my vehicle sent back to his team to re-address items needing attention Mistakes happen in any profession. However, not everyone is willing to own up to their mistakes because it requires humility. Instead of disputing my concerns, Clayton and his team owned up to their mistakes and made everything right. I wish I could give them 6 stars.
