Living here from past three years. Very peaceful. Never faced any issue. The property is very well maintained and the maintenance requests are always executed promptly. Whole maintenance team is very good at communicating and giving quick response. Property manager is very nice. Its my first appartment. College square will always be very special to me. And i had to put this review here i am very happy with their maintenance.
My experience living here for three years has been phenomenal. You could not ask for a better team of Britney and Andy. They always go above and beyond for the residents. Andy,the maintenance person, is a very caring and thoughtful person. Very respectful and honest. 10/10 best Apartment complex!
College Square Apartments is a great place to live. The staff is super helpful and the maintenance guy is great. I feel very safe here and it’s a super location.
For the past three years, I have been living at the College Square Apartments. My experience has been a positive one. The staff has always been friendly and helpful whenever I have talked with them.
I enjoy how quickly repairs are taken care of. Brittany and Andy are excellent and the community get togethers.are.very nice
