My experience living here for three years has been phenomenal. You could not ask for a better team of Britney and Andy. They always go above and beyond for the residents. Andy,the maintenance person, is a very caring and thoughtful person. Very respectful and honest. 10/10 best Apartment complex!
College Square Apartments is a great place to live. The staff is super helpful and the maintenance guy is great. I feel very safe here and it’s a super location.
For the past three years, I have been living at the College Square Apartments. My experience has been a positive one. The staff has always been friendly and helpful whenever I have talked with them.
I enjoy how quickly repairs are taken care of. Brittany and Andy are excellent and the community get togethers.are.very nice
We been renting since 2020 and not a single time I see any problem with anyone. Everyone who lives here are very respectful and friendly. Management is great, everything we requested have been handled quickly and professionally. We finally decided to move out and look for a bigger place, will miss college square and the office staff Britany and Randy.
