I don’t normally write a review, my visit to Doctor Sing and his assistant at college dental practice made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout my tooth out procedure. Very informative, professional and put me in ease. I was a bit nervous however Dr Sing made the whole procedure delightful and pleasant. I am very happy from the start to finish, gentle and pain free they handled my dental phobia professionally.🥰🥰
Extremely poor customer service. Been trying to simply book an appointment for weeks. Walked in and was told there’s no availability so I need to complete an online form, this took me to an unsecured site. Having emailed my details I’ve had no response after 2 weeks - would not recommend.
I phoned for an appointment for a broken tooth. I have to fill out a form and wait to be called which has no time frame. The last time I went it was all up selling of services which were not all dental.
The doctor is professional and the receptionist is very kind and helpful on the Open day
