Horrible company to use! Doesn't properly train anyone, from grunts to managers. California based scam. Do your own research and Google their name and reviews so you don't have the same experience as their many many unsuspecting victims who thought they were helping "college kids" with a summer job and ended up paying for more then they bargained for.
