They out source all their work you’re not dealing with them they’re physically not the company that shows up to do the job so you have no idea who’s coming

Working with College Pro has been a terrible experience. I have now called the warranty department 4 times to try and have them follow up on the paint job on my porch floor and ceiling that was done less than a year ago and haven’t had any response from the person in charge. While the customer service reps have been friendly they have not been able to get me in touch with anyone who can actually fix the issue. It has been over a month that I have been calling.
