I used to live here and can honestly say it was one of the best places to live commuting to the business school! It is more dorm style with shared rooms and a bathroom, but there’s decent space so it all depends on who you live with. Pros: Good management, renovated unit with furniture included for $675 (depends on owner), no bugs (6 floor of Knox), utilities included except for wifi, free parking space for the unit, and cheap parking rates on the lot. I lived here for two years, and it’s a fantastic place for college students. The management is responsive and helpful, making sure everything runs smoothly. The environment is safe, especially at night, which gave me peace of mind. It’s a great spot for students looking for a convenient, well-maintained, and secure place to stay

I have been parking my car in College Park Towers Zone 7401 for many months now, and today I paid for a parking session from 8:24 am to 4:00 pm. Despite this, my vehicle was wrongfully towed hours before the time expired. I had to walk two entire miles to the tow yard to retrieve my vehicle, only to be told that the issue was due to a glitch on their end via their ParkMobile administrator software. Location is the best, so close to campus, restaurants, bars, CVS, Starbucks and Trader Joe's. Each apt is owned by different owners, so the condition, decor, furnishings, rent/mo varies. On site managment office, and they are good and responsive. It is an older building relative to the new TROW. Standard and Union, but overall positive experience living here for 2 years- saved me loads of money.
