College Park Regional Health Center Team, I wanted to take a moment to share the great experience I had during my recent visit. My positive experience began the moment I arrived early that morning. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! The customer service was poor both over the phone and in person smh. It’s ridiculous that people should be at work with such bad attitudes. The only person with good customer service and was in god spirits was the white security officer. Fulton County needs to do better with who they hire or maybe they need to offer customer service training.
I went up here with my 3 kids , their sign says " first come first serve" but it's not true!! I was the very first person to fill out any paperwork or anything , If you have more kids then you go last , people with one kid goes before me. I wish I could give them 0 stars!!
Staff seemed to be kind enough to me. With a huge shoutout to Ms. Bianca.
Staff are nice but moves so slow and the nurses in the back who gives shots are old and move extremely slow. 1st 15 in line at 8:30 and still walking out after 1pm. Don’t get me started on the old security guard (wthelly)
