The dental here doesn’t answer the phone or call back, it’s ridiculous …. I’m pregnant and having dental complications that could harm me and my baby and they don’t care if I could give negative starts I would !

i went here three times in a row and was denied a copy of my sons eye ear and dental record. which is performed when they enter school. they told me that he had to retake it on my third visit. my personal opinion is that you ladies that work at the window is SORRY as all get out! do a better job at communicating and or at least answering the phones. i wasted 3 trips and gas isn’t cheap.
The service continues to be very bad. Poor customer service! There is no value for patients' time. One of the ladies at the front was just plain out rude and ghetto. Terrible experience!!
Today was UNBELIEVABLE!! My 12yr old uninsured VFC eligible son as they confirmed he was eligible after receiving my paperwork was DENIED vaccines for school today because I couldn’t afford the administration fee. Not the shots fee/visit fee, but the ADMIN FEE. The different prices for each were written down on paperwork by Mr. Miles. They also confirmed they are a VFC program, meaning the vaccines are supplied to them free from the CDC and they CAN’T deny the child vaccines due to lack of admin fee.
