I look after the grounds of this complex, as a retirement village it is lovely with alot of lovely residents and amenities, all properties are privately owned.

My mum moved into this complex. It's only about 5 years old & it has plenty of facilities for seniors
We live there. It's an over 55's complex not a retirement place. It suits our needs and have settled in nicely.
