I’ve been going to this facility for over 8yrs, chose not to leave after Dr. O’Conner left. Generally a good experience, I was recently hospitalized and was told to get a prescription from my PC. I called and received attitude and sarcasm from Karen. Finally got Maggie and she told I had to come in the office, fine within an hour I called to cancel as I was told to go to the hospital by a doctor. The day before my scheduled procedure, my gastroenterologist office called to inform me that my referral had expired and i need to call my primary care physician to request that a new referral be sent. After being completely stressed out about the procedure to receive this call hours before was mind blowing.
