I love Tara's massages!
Tara has been very helpful in helping me restore mobility. She is excellent at targeting the areas where I am experiencing difficulties and she always has excellent suggestions for additional stretches and mobility work that I can do at home.
Massage with Kiley RMT: I am also a massage therapist since 2011. Being a deep tissue specialist it can be hard finding a therapist who I really enjoy booking with, too many RMT seem to limit their skill to relaxation only. Kiley RMT has been my go to therapist for a bit now and she is very talented and knowledgeable. Working through deep knots and tensions until they are fully resolved to get me the physical results I'm looking for from treatment.
