They do such fantastic work on my 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe, most recently completing my 42,000-mile service to keep it running like new. Because I frequently drive through remote areas, being able to truly depend on my vehicle gives me immense peace of mind. If you go, definitely ask for Robert—he is incredibly kind and patient, always taking the time to answer all of my "needy" questions.
I had a great experience working with Robert. From start to finish, he was extremely helpful, patient, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly. On top of that, I accidentally left my car seats in my vehicle while it was staying at the shop, and Robert went out of his way to wait for me over the weekend so I could come back and grab them. In 2024, I brought my vehicle to College Park Hyundai Service Center after being told my engine qualified for a warranty replacement. I delivered the car in drivable condition, but due to the service department’s mishandling, my vehicle was rendered completely inoperable while in their possession.
