Today I am rating College Park a 2 b/c I scheduled online for an appt & got an email confirmation. But when I got there, 30 minute drive, they didn't have me down & was told that even with a confirmation email from online scheduling, it doesn't confirm my appt. What? Then why have online scheduling?? Was recommended not to use the online scheduling. Ridiculous, & they made me reschedule & wouldn't even try to squeeze me in & this was an annual important doc appt. Very disappointed! Asked to be there 15 minutes before my appointment to fill out paperwork—the EXACT SAME paperwork I fill out every year. Why isn’t it in the system to save time? Then I waited for 50 MINUTES before finally being called in for a 5-minute mammogram. RIDICULOUS!
