Great doctors, poor billing and administration Some good doctors here, but extremely poor administrative staff and billing. We have to call up billing EVERY time we have a visit for some reason, such as they billed the wrong insurance company or they threw away a payment receipt and didn't credit our account. Not worth the trouble. PROS: Great doctors CONS: Incompetent billing and administrative staff - count on having to babysit them.

Dr. Dickie is wonderful! I love this practice for many reasons. I like the fact that they are Christian based. I also really like have a general family practioner for the whole family. We all see one doctor (James Dickie) and we become pretty close to him. It's nice to have such a good raport.
