Terrible confusion w geico. Overpaid for what i received. Scratches $1300 If this is an insurance claim don't do it, I truly believe a kickback happened.
Was told multiple times that my car was almost ready. But every time I called to confirm pickup (>4 times) - they were actually still waiting on parts. After a week and a half I asked for my car back without the repair and magically the part appeared and my car was ready by the next day. Very frustrating. I will say I was happy with the work once complete.
Did not replace my back up camera haven’t made it up there yet so they can fix the issue
