Friendly staff. Easy appointment scheduling, drawbacks: did not match paint on my car, took more time than expected to order parts and make small repair. Overall 4/5.
Great work. The hood looked great. The interior was vacuumed, the car washed and tires treated to shine. Thank you.
Disappointed in the level of customer service and communication I received.
The staff is very nice and respectful. Unfortunately they do not know how to fix cars nor know how to check to see if the car was fixed. After 3 weeks of my car being there, they called me to tell me the repairs have been completed. I got there and looked at the car and over half of the damage wasn't fixed. It was clear as day. They're incompetent. They did not check to see if the car was fixed. Hence I live 1 hour away. The car stayed there for an additional 2 weeks. 5 weeks in total.
