Progressive sent me here. For a week and a half I notice nothing changed on the link they sent me. Today is Friday and my car is still not done completely. I’m glad I called because no one called me and they close at 5:30pm. Communications would help me from giving back my rental. You pay $1000 for a partially completed vehicle. There’s also some weird sticky black stuff in my interior and windows. The motor cover disappeared as well. Unprofessional

The service was excellent they fix my car when I got it back it look like nothing was wrong with it if u need your car fixed go there 100 percent.
